2 years ago, year 2017 I had a chance to talk with a parent of one of my students and told me how engaging my class was. He is a Japanese teacher and an advanced English learner. Aside from teaching, his job was to send students to New Zealand to study English. During our 30 minute conversation I told him how privileged I was to be able to talk with someone who has been in the language industry for such a long time. We had a real good conversation sharing our experiences in teaching the English language. As we went further to our topic, we had an opportunity to discuss the wrong habits an English learner has that he himself experienced and thankfully overcame it.

One of the habits is by relying too much in Translation dictionary.
